The QUESTERA team cooperates with an important Brazilian telecommunications operator in the definition of strategies for the exploration of opportunities related to the convergence between Information and Telecommunications technologies. Through specific workshops, relevant technological, industrial and regulatory scenarios are being discussed, as well as aspects related to management, governance and software engineering. The program was designed to provide the client staff with the tools and information necessary to elaborate and execute strategic plans in the present frontier of competitiveness of the sector, characterized by convergent unregulated service offerings, in which an efficient operation may substantially improve margins and botton line results for the telecommunications operator.
